The HSE Field Supervisor ensures the implementation and adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies at field operations. He conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and training, while overseeing compliance with regulations and mitigating safety hazards to protect personnel and the environment

The Drilling Superintendent oversees and manages drilling operations on-site to ensure they are conducted safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. Hecoordinatesbetween teams, optimize drilling processes, handle technical challenges, and ensure that drilling objectives are met within budget and on schedule

The Well Site Supervisor manages and coordinates all operations at the well site, ensuring that drilling, completion, and production activities are executed safely and efficiently. Heoverseesthe crew, monitor equipment, handle logistical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Their role is crucial for optimizing performance and addressing any on-site challenges.

AEquipment Operator must be able to work independently or as part of a team, and must have excellent communication skills to ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently.

The Senior Cementing Supervisor/Cementing Supervisor oversees and coordinates cementing operations in oil and gas wells. Heensuresthat all cementing activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

To ensure that the performance and availability of instrument equipment meets the standards required to achieve safety, production and environmental targets, to execute all activities safely and efficiently to agreed work plans, safety management system requirements and best working practices.

Provide expertise and general management on costcontrol, procurement and biddingforallfacilitiesmanagement plannedprojectsand executing contracts, which includes establishing budget plan, procurement plan, monitoring review of payment and invoice, cost control of executing contracts, bidding execution, change order review & approval, contract managementfor all the projects following the standing procedures, national and international specifications

Responsible to facilitate equipment’s servicing & repair, PM program, equipment monitoring and coordinating activities associated to facility and equipment maintenance in order to maintain reliability, ensure maximum uptime, and minimize impact to production.

The Fuel Supervisor shall manage the function of company site representative for the oil field Fuel contractors and to Provide support of Fuel management within the oil field.

– Making sure the work arrangement smoothly, accurately, and on-time. Includes a range from People logistics coordinators (JPs, Visa team and Blood Test team).
– Preparing the Documents and Following up the Letter of invitation for the company and the 3rd party contractor.
– Manage the relations with the clients
