Job Title: Senior Cementing Supervisor/ Cementing Supervisor

Rotation:6 weeks x 3 weeks

Job Role Purpose :

The Senior Cementing Supervisor/Cementing Supervisor oversees and coordinates cementing operations in oil and gas wells. Heensuresthat all cementing activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Experience criteria:

•General supervision, oversee downhole cementing operations at the well site.

•Pre plan for upcoming jobs and instruct crew.

•Ensure that customer satisfaction is met.

•Plan and evaluate equipment for operation, repairs,and maintenance.

•Must be able to calculate a variety of cement jobs.

•Must be a team player and capable of assisting other crews and crew members.

Requirements:

•2 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.

•Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering.

•Strong understanding of safety regulations.

•Proven team management and leadership abilities.

•Effective verbal and written communication skills.

•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
