• Attend daily Notification review meetings and planning meetings.

Position Responsibilities:

• Experience in an onshore integrated operations and maintenance planning environment for the execution of corrective, brownfield, and shutdown maintenance plans.

Required Qualifications & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
Vibration Analysis Certification (minimum Level II; Level III preferred)

Position Responsibilities:

Checks, operates and observes all activities/situations of plant equipment.
Monitors by observation/routine patrol all plant in operation.
Ensures chemical dosage into process steams is at set rates.
Logs and records all running plant parameters. Reports detailed information of any abnormalities and defects and performs line diagnostics on equipment.
Prepares equipment using established detailed procedures for maintenance and major overhauls. Liaises with maintenance personnel for safe monitoring of permits to work and preparing isolation confirmation certificates.

Carries out routine checks of plant lubricating oil levels/water contamination, flows, pressures and temperatures for all rotating equipment and takes samples for laboratory analysis.
Request stores stock items/chemicals necessary for operating the plant, checks consignments and endorses loading/delivery notes.
Maintains adequate supplies of consumable chemicals and filter elements, etc. for plant requirements.
Carries out planned inspection and safety tours to identify unsafe conditions and monitor performance to ensure efficient operation according to site procedures and regulations.
Ensure a good housekeeping practice in the areas.
Supervises and authorizes work in his assigned area by ensuring proper implementation of permit to work instructions.
Ensures the application of permit to work conditions by observing and monitoring safe working practices.
Maintains a high standard of HSE awareness, particularly the environmental concerns and adheres fully to safety rules.
Participating in Plant emergency exercise and performs as first line response on fires, leaks, etc. Plays an active role in Emergency Response as trained for and assigned to.

1. Be responsible for on‑site operations including wellhead installation, removal, repair, maintenance and pressure testing, to ensure construction complies with technical specifications and client requirements.
2. Be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of wellhead equipment, Christmas trees, valves and relevant accessories, so as to ensure safe and reliable equipment operation.
3. Organize and execute wellhead replacement, repair, modification and associated operations in accordance with construction designs and operating procedures, and guarantee construction quality and schedule.
