Job Title:Well site supervisor

Rotation:6 weeks x 3 weeks

Job Role Purpose :

The Well Site Supervisor manages and coordinates all operations at the well site, ensuring that drilling, completion, and production activities are executed safely and efficiently. Heoverseesthe crew, monitor equipment, handle logistical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Their role is crucial for optimizing performance and addressing any on-site challenges.

Experience criteria :

•Supervising rig contractor and third-party personnel performing work on the well site.

•Verifying that rig and third-party equipment is fit for purpose and in proper operating condition.

•Being responsible for casing being tallied, properly run, and cemented.

•Ensuring logging, coring, and production testing are performed as planned.

•Monitoring the progress of construction work, resolving issues, and ensuring work is completed to high standards.

•Overseeing daily operations on the site, maintaining quality and safety standards.

•Managing and overseeing all drilling operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.

Requirements:

•Minimum 3 Years of relevant work experience.

•Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.

•Strong understandingof safety regulations.

•Effective verbal and written communication skills.

•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
