Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and conduct safety training programs for employees.
  • Establish and enforce security protocols to safeguard personnel, assets, and information.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop security plans and emergency response procedures.
  • Investigate security incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement environmental policies to minimize the organization’s impact on the environment.
  • Monitor and report on environmental performance, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Implement initiatives to promote sustainability and environmental responsibility.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Conduct drills and training exercises to ensure preparedness for emergencies.
  • Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, or near misses.
  • Analyze root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

  • Prepare and submit reports on HSSE performance to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSSE considerations into all aspects of the business.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies and industry associations to stay updated on relevant standards and regulations.
