The Procurement Specialist shall undertake end to end procurement activity for materials and services. This position is expected to act as subject matter expert and is required to multi task within contracting & procurement to drive improvements and ensure safe, smooth, and on time delivery of materials and services to the businesses.

Metering Supervisor is directly responsible for all metering activities of maintaining metering system accurate and healthy to ensure following Technical contractual, and commercial standards and safe operation of metering system following BOC procedure, national and international code & standards. As well to minimize revenue losses due to meter inaccuracies and meet the alignment with the Iraq MoO and BOC partner.
QA/QC inspector for C&S is required to witness, monitor and follow up day to day activities on site as per approved project quality plan, inspection and test plan, approved quality formats to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, specifications and QMS requirements. In case of any deviation, it shall be immediately reported to QA/QC lead and Project manager in order to close out as per quality requirements.
Provide planning and cost controlling support for all facilities management contracts and facilities budget in general, support with meal counting and invoices in general to include obtaining approvals from BOC and other related departments to include other finance and facilities management daily, weekly and monthly reports
To ensure that the performance and availability of instrument equipment meets the standards required to achieve safety, production and environmental targets, to execute all activities safely and efficiently to agreed work plans, safety management system requirements and best working practices.
Lead a team of Process Control DCS specialists, system specialists, and Process Control Assistants. for the operation, maintenance, and future strategy (design and implementation) of the site distributed control system (DCS). developing and reviewing codes & standards for the organization and provide assurance on the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements in the areas of Instrumentation & Control. Provide technical expertise, prompt advises and sound engineering solutions for field equipment issues and lead major troubleshooting, assessment, analysis and investigation activities at site as and when required.
Ensure effective and efficient use of resources (labor force, equipment, and yard space).
At the rig site, the Wellsite Leader (WSL) is the senior representative of company’s and has the responsibility for planning, coordination, leading and execution of the well operations program.
Responsible for all operations on the rig. He assists the rig manager in managing the Rig as a profit and performance independent unit while delivering value Drilling services to the customers. The Rig performances shall exceed the industry benchmarks and operating costs shall be controlled and minimized while developing employee job satisfaction at all levels
