The Plant Operator ensures in an operating facility compliance to Industry standards, procedures, and practices in order to safely deliver the Production Processing, contractually defined with the OPF Client, while maintaining the Integrity of the facility.

Supervise and lead the Instrumentation & Telecom commissioning of Oil and gas facilities. Lead in all aspects of HSE by example. Ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and all non-compliances, delays and faults are recorded and the Commissioning Superintendent is informed. Coordinate Pre startup review and perform handover to clients and operations. Supervise all Vendors, subcontractors, 3rd parties. Operations Team & Client on site.

Supervise and lead the Electrical commissioning of Oil and gas facilities. Lead in all aspects of HSE by example.

Responsible for the OPF Project Document Management Functional activities. Ensure DC (Document Control) Process, Systems and Procedures are effective and updated in In-Touch. Ensure appropriate EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) is in place and functional, taking concurrence from all cross functions including IT, Engineering, OPF Operations and OPF Management. Provide DC related support to Project Lifecycle Information Manager (e.g., in case the Project is demanding for Digital Twin data delivery). Ensure smooth functioning of OPF projects with respect to the Document Management.
