DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

➤ Achieve regional business goals by finding, developing prospective clients in the allocated region and strengthen the business

➤ Leading a marketing team responsible for lead generation and conversion & achieving the monthly team target.

➤ Responsible for strong regional & market execution to accomplish sales and profit targets and monitoring business results of the area.

➤ Devise marketing strategies to achieve the regional sales target.

➤ Ideate marketing techniques to gain new clients and maintain the relations by reaching out to them, proactively assessing their needs and promoting company portfolio.

➤ Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure that regional business objectives are met.

➤ Effectively manage a team while guiding and leading them to achieve the departmental goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

✔️ Education: Minimum Graduate

✔️ Experience: 5-10 years in GCC with at least 3-4 years in equipment sales and 1-2 years of team leading

✔️ Candidates with experience in 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘆/𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘆 (𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗲/𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲) 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 will be preferred
