Job Responsibilities:
1.Lead and supervise a team of operators and technicians in the operation and maintenance of the Central Processing Facility (CPF).
2.Monitor and control the CPF processes and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and optimal production of oil and gas.
3.Respond to and resolve process upsets and equipment failures, and troubleshoot operational issues.
4.Develop and maintain operational procedures, guidelines, and manuals, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
5.Coordinate with other departments such as production, maintenance, and safety to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
6.Monitor and analyze process data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
7.Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
8.Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering or related field.
2.At least 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining oil and gas production facilities, with a focus on CPF operations.
3.Knowledge of CPF processes, equipment, and control systems, including separation, dehydration, and compression.
4.Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations and standards.
5.Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
6.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8.Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other departments.
9.Familiar with oil and gas field safety risks, and have participated in corresponding safety training;
