Project Administrator

Provide administrative and clerical support to the project team at oil & gas field sites, ensuring efficient handling of documentation, coordination of site activities, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job title: Project Administrator

Location: Anbar / Akkaz Oilfield

Reports To:

Project Manager / Site Manager

Job Objective:

Provide administrative and clerical support to the project team at oil & gas field sites, ensuring efficient handling of documentation, coordination of site activities, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize project documentation, records, and files in accordance with company standards.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and project correspondence.
  • Coordinate daily administrative activities to support project staff and site operations.
  • Assist in tracking project schedules, manpower, and equipment resources.
  • Manage and update databases, logs, and registers related to project activities.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodations, and site access for project personnel.
  • Support in preparing presentations, reports, and other required documents for management and client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and project-specific administrative procedures.
  • Handle office supplies, procurement requests, and inventory control at the site office.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in oil & gas field projects.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good understanding of document control practices and project reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
