Job title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Anbar / Akkaz Oilfield

Reports To:

Logistics Manager / Site Manager

Job Objective:

Supervise and manage warehouse operations at oil & gas field sites, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and equipment while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and inventory management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials and equipment.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain up-to-date records in the warehouse management system.
  • Plan and organize warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and material accessibility.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and allocate tasks to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to meet material requirements.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory audits to verify accuracy.
  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
  • Enforce adherence to HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture within warehouse operations.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse activity and inventory reports.
  • Identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in oil & gas field projects.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
  • Good understanding of HSE requirements in warehouse and oil & gas environments.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management software.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
