Description: Achieve department targets through defined KPI’s
• Plan the weekly work schedule for clients to visit, to call and/or to look for
new prospective clients
• Search for new potential clients through databases online/offline.
• Ensure to secure a minimum of 3 to 4 new accounts per month
• Always in seek for new qualified clients
• Schedule joint visits with SM and PM and GM for key accounts
• Daily call and visit log updated in CRM
• Meeting budget on monthly basis
• Support customer service to create SOP
• Make sure transition of account is done in a proper way and in e timeframe
of 3 weeks)
• Proficient follow up on quotations sent
• Credit application approved before processing any shipment
• Generate Sales Leads to promote all the company products
• Follow up / Recap / Thank you email sent after meeting each client
• Prepare daily report on daily basis for all day activities
• Promote the company services and closing the deals through planned
contacts, individual visits, joint visits and calls
• Negotiate rates and charges with the company clients, agents and
principals to ensure approval by concerned parties
• Report information concerning the market to Country manager and HODs
and request rates for special contracts and follow-on rates approvals,
preparation and delivery of quotations to client
• Prepare quotations on CRM
• Follow up on quotation until closing of deals, and submitting to concerned
department the needed information for appropriate “Booking” or until
understanding and reporting the reason for the lost contract
• Inquire, receive, relay and advise suitable action and any information
needed by the client for the efficient supply of engaged services
• Contribute at large for data collection related to freight rates, demurrage
charges, facilities and Transit lines available in the market and relaying for
the purpose of statistics and market research necessary for marketing
strategy setting and support for new contracts (report to sales manager,
HODs and C/S)

• Keep index for clients contact information and addresses (use the CRM
system for this)
• File clients documents and correspondances (CRM)
• Maintain good relations with the Company Customers and agents and seek
their feedback for continuous improvement
• Perform other related activities as requested by Sales Manager
Personal Qualifications
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.); with three years related
experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic. French is an added
value
• Ability to read a variety of instructions and to interpret documents such as
financial statements, payroll procedure, inventory reports, or other related
procedures.
Computer Skills:
PC based computer programs (Word, Excel…)
