Description: Position Description
As the Employee Relations (ER) Advisor for company, the job will assure ER strategies and employee policies and programs positively contribute to the creation of an engaging, safe, productive, respectful, and healthy work environment. The position as well supports the business to achieve business and organizational objectives and support the company value proposition.
Accountabilities and Requirements -Position Description
- Develop and implement company ER Philosophy & Priorities which creates engaged workforces and high performing cultures, with a focus on building positive work environments and promoting employee engagement
- Monitor Internal Employee Environment to advise Leadership/HR on matters or concerns affecting company. Identify any response or actions to mitigate risks and issues
-Work closely with HRBPs in support of their line of business objectives
-Focal point for multiple committees (investigation committee, HSE committee, Local Content, etc ...
--- -Advice/coach leaders & supervisors in managing Disciplinary & Grievance cases to ensure minimal ER impact for company. Act as an investigator and liaison with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, etc ...

Position Title: Employee Relations (ER) Advisor
-Establishing effective business partner relationships – As a member of the business leadership team, work closely with leaders to understand their business strategy / challenges and ensure that HR supports the business to achieve their objectives by providing value-added and practical HR solutions
-Change management – Support for the impacted business to deliver change and management of organisational implications
-Managing ER risks – Have a strong floor connect to pick up weak signals & engage with Supervisors / Leaders, to enforce a prescribed proactive approach to sustain a sustainable / high performance work culture
Qualifications
University Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or Equivalent
Highly proficient in English Language (written and oral)
Minimum of 5 years with similar HR experience
Professional Skills
Well adept in systems -
-Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office
-Good command of English both written and oral
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
