Description: Position Description
The HR Analyst is to provide day-to-day HR support to the HRBP department and wider HR team, and individuals and managers within company. In addition, the HR Analyst will take on special projects or focal point roles on an ad hoc as needed basis.
Accountabilities and Requirements -Description Position
-Provide guidance and support in performance management and development of staff Support the HRBPs in HR centrally driven programs (Reporting, IPR, etc...)
Ensure activities are closely coordinated and in agreement with the HRBPs -
-Participate in projects initiated by the HR Strategy and Planning team or HR Director
Contribute to promote a culture of integration -
-Support to maintain accurate and high qualitative HR data in SuccessFactors
-Support effective use of HR systems
Participate in internal selection process (e.g. interviews) as needed -
-Conduct exit interviews and support leavers process
Key Challenges
Embedding organizational change and behaviours to support company -
-Act as focal points and coordinators of key parts of the HR calendar process-
Qualifications
University Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
Highly proficient in English Language (written and oral)
Minimum of 3 years with generalist HR experience
Professional Skills
Well adept in systems
Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office
Good command of English both written and oral
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
