Description: Accountabilities and Requirements: • Ensure application of HR policies, processes and systems, in line with Company’s HR policies and in partnership with the Strategy and Planning team • Engagement with respective Leadership Teams to ensure appropriate communication, understanding and adherence • Support activities focused on organizational effectiveness and advise on organizational structure, as well as support change management, communication, and staff engagement strategies • Manage HR information and accountability regarding organization and data issues and data integrity within the respective client portfolio. Leverage HR data & reporting to advise the leadership • Advise Hiring managers during internal resourcing process • Function evaluation incl. Job Evaluation • Act as an employee champion: provide advice, assistance and coaching to the Line in all aspects of leadership development, people management, talent management, organizational behavior and employee relations. Ensure new managers are introduced to their supervisor role and HR accountabilities • Know capability gaps and provide IDP and GPA advice • Partner with L&D to ensure group offer on learning and development opportunities • Facilitate IPR and performance improvement plans • Identifying and applying best practice to increase efficiency • Supports a wide range of staff, SGC secondees, Shell secondees, and various contractors • Establishing effective business partner relationships – As a member of the business leadership team, work closely with leaders to understand their business strategy / challenges and ensure that HR supports the business to achieve their objectives by providing value-added and practical HR solutions • Change management – Support for the impacted business to deliver change and management of organizational implications • Managing ER risks – Have a strong floor connect to pick up weak signals & engage with Supervisors / Leaders, to enforce a prescribed proactive approach to sustain a sustainable / high performance work culture Qualifications: • University Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management • Highly proficient in English Language (written and oral) Minimum of 5 years with generalist HR experience • Well adept in systems • Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office • Good command of English both written and oral • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
