Description: PURPOSE:
- To assist in the implementation and roll out of the organization’s records management system and archiving processes and procedure

- To assist in SharePoint design, training and support
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in developing records management procedures, guidelines and training materials
- Train employees on Records Management processes, procedures and policies
- Work with functions and departments on managing records during its life cycle
- Support in storing, tracking, and managing records for the company (duties can include scanning, organizing, indexing and maintaining documents according to a predetermined retention schedule)
- Work on SharePoint sites/pages designs
- Support in gathering customer requirements
- Support in managing SharePoint operations and services
- Helping to train and support business users on SharePoint usage
- Liaise with end-users to discuss any unclear points and support
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 4 to 5 years of experience in information management / document management is required
- 2 to 3 years of experience in SharePoint design and support
- Must have Oil and Gas experience
