Records Management specialists SharePoint Analyst



  • -  To assist in the implementation and roll out of the organization’s records management system and archiving processes and procedure

  • -  To assist in SharePoint design, training and support


  • -  Support in developing records management procedures, guidelines and training materials

  • -  Train employees on Records Management processes, procedures and policies

  • -  Work with functions and departments on managing records during its life cycle

  • -  Support in storing, tracking, and managing records for the company (duties can include scanning,

    organizing, indexing and maintaining documents according to a predetermined retention schedule)

  • -  Work on SharePoint sites/pages designs

  • -  Support in gathering customer requirements

  • -  Support in managing SharePoint operations and services

  • -  Helping to train and support business users on SharePoint usage

  • -  Liaise with end-users to discuss any unclear points and support


  • -  Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • -  4 to 5 years of experience in information management / document management is required

  • -  2 to 3 years of experience in SharePoint design and support

  • -  Must have Oil and Gas experience
