The Operations Coordinator ensures that the execution of contracts is made on timely manner, follow up on all the logistics aspects in Iraq, follow up on prompt collection as well as the preparation and collection of bids/tenders submission documentations and maintain relations with local suppliers and third parties in connection with the contracts/projects execution.
Have a friendly personality and excellent communication skills to comfortably communicate with all levels of the business and fit into a remote team environment.
More than 5 years of Experience with the Ministry of Oil and its companies.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Responsibilities and Obligations:
Prepares, Print and collate the required documentation for Tender Submission.
Prepare regular reports and perform audit on various operations.
Coordinates and assists in the operating processes in Iraq.
Provide support and join improvement-based efforts with the head office and all
Follow up on the collection process with the clients in Iraq and ensures that accounts
receivables are collected promptly.
Give full attention to each different operation and manage all the details regarding it.
Follow up on the execution of contracts/projects in Iraq.
Education & Experience:
- University Degree in Business or Engineering.
- Computer Skills.
- Communication skills.
Relations with all departments and employees.
Official working hours with occasional over time.
