OP Planner:

• Role and Responsibilities: 

• Use manual and electronic systems to organize operations activities.
• Ensure all container movements are in line with customs and port authority regulations.
• Ensure the inbound and outbound plans are clearly communicated to the operations team.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, agencies vessel officers and consignees for the planning of vessel calls and container movements.
• Coordinate with planning manager and operations supervisors. 
• Prepare the vessel berthing plans.
• Create yard stacking strategy.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for planning and statistical information.
• Ensure effective and efficient use of resources (labor force, equipment, and yard space).
