Duties and responsibilities :
o Assist in gathering and assessing requirements, both functional and non‐ functional.Providing this information back to architects and PMusingVisio,Word, and Excel.
oSignificant amount of equipment will arrive in Majnoon for purposes of implementing new infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide extensive support to PMs in the IT Asset Management and All ocation process,to ensure all equipment is accounted for and properly allocated to projects.
oEnsures that the solutions a simplemente darefully in line with the agreed/approved designs
oEnsures the project testing plan covers testin go fcritical components of the solution as well as relevant non‐functional requirements
Qualification & Training requirements ::
•BSc.Degree in Engineering,computer,communication,electrical
•PMI certification preferred
•Have excellent understanding and knowledge of telecommunications equipment and technologies used within shell.
•Verify all RFQ have sufficient detail,equipment specifications,estimated man hours, estimated equipment delivery times, method statement
•Liaise withTelecom DesignOffice.They should approve/disapprove finalversions.
•HSE mind-set for self and suppliers and contractors working onIT projects in
the oil field .
•Be able to work in a fast-paced,rapidly changing environment
•Team and collaborative approach
•Experience working with IT Telecom contractors.
Experience ::
• 3 to 5 years of relevant job experience within the oil & gas industry.
• Good understanding of and demonstrable hands-on experience in all functional aspects of IT-Telecom including networking, security, and maintenance SLA management etc.
Language proficiency, computer and software skills ::
• MS Office:
