Position Title : Integrity Work Pack Preparer

Duties and Responsibilities ::
•Attend daily notification review meetings and planning meetings.
•Receive approved inspection and corrosion notifications, estimate required work, generate work orders andobtain proper authorization to release these orders.
•Site verification of all equipment relevant to work pack and completion of work pack checklist by coordinatingthe compilation of all required checklist items.
•Develop work packs by packaging the work to the tasks, disciplines, materials and services required to executework efficiently.
•Update the SAP {Computerized Maintenance Management System-CM MS), work orders to indicate activities,relationships, man-hours, rough estimated dates, materials and services.
•Identify the spare parts as per the drawings and Bill of Material {BOM) or contact vendor to identify the spares.
•Create forms to code the materials in the materials management system and propose the quantity requiredin stock.
•Create purchase request’s {PR), coordinate with contract & procurement {C&P) and technical verification ofintegrity materials required to purchase.
•Print out material pick list, collect materials from warehouse, bagging and tagging of all materials, then storein staging area in different locations depends on priority of work order.
•Coordinate with maintenance planner and discipline leads to prepare work packs for jobs which requiredmultidiscipline activities like scaffolding, mechanical, electrical, and crane activities.
•Follow 60%20%20% rule in work preparation and use check lists to carryout site visit.{60% Office and Field Preparation, 20% Tracking materials and services, 20% Updating plans from feedback)
•Reviews, plans and review all recurring PM (preventive maintenance) activities.
•Assist in updating specific task lists for the Integrity plans within CMMS {Computerized maintenancemanagement system-CM MS).
•Excellent knowledge to verify and read P&ID’s, engineering drawing and GAD {General ArrangementDrawing, O&M {Operation, Engineering & Maintenance Manuals)
Qualification & Training Requirements ::
•B.E Engineering or minimum 3-year diploma in Mechanical/ Chemical or equivalent engineering.
Experience ::
•Min 5 years of experience in working as maintenance work preparer/ maintenance planner/maintenance material planner/ inspection engineer/ corrosion engineer/ maintenance engineer/ projector construction engineer.
•Knowledge of maintenance support services and its requirements.
•Competent in the use of CMMS (SAP), materials ordering process, services ordering process, materialsmasters, information/drawing systems, building of job files.
Language Proficiency, Computer and Software Skills ::
•Candidate shall be experienced in SAP – CMMS Environment in plant maintenance and materialsmanagement modules.
•MS Office:Excel – Intermediate Word – Intermediate Power Point – Intermediate •SAP 5/4 HANA -Advanced
•English – upper intermediate (verbal & written)
Skills ::
•Proven supervisory skills, fluency in both written and verbal English language, excellent in communicationand presentation skills and a focus on continuous self-learning and improvement.
•Maintain good relationship with work colleagues between the discipline’s and different nationalities
