FM Planner

Overseeing, reporting and day to day supervision of accommodation planning, utilization

and occupancy status within Majnoon Oil Field camps: PC, KC and TMC.

Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities

● Maintaining the accommodation planning and record management through the

utilization of the Global Logistics Movement System (GLMS).

● Coordinate with Facilities Management Team to ensure FM Service Providers

takes and completes all maintenance tasks within Service Level Agreements.

● Generate and maintain all daily, weekly and monthly reports and statistics for

FM businesses.

● Responsible of coordinating all FM Meetings, record and distribute minutes of


● Ensure contractors comply with relevant AOS Facilities management procedure

and policy

● Establish, develop, and maintain electronic filing systems for FM department,

covering all POB sheets, bed planning records and maintenance activates and

other necessary on job requirements.

● Responsibilities also include general administrative duties supporting the

rotational plans, arrangement of onboarding & trainings, monthly timesheets and

assisting with other tasks as assigned.

Qualification & Training requirements

● BSC degree or relevant experience in Facilities Management, camp management,

contract management function handling all contract management issues,

finances, cost estimates, VOWD, service orders etc.

● GLMS training and or certification


● 4-5 years’ experience in Facilities Management function as a supervisor, assistant

or Coordinator.

● Proven ability to operate with minimum supervision in a site execution

environment, including good communication and interpersonal skills.

Language proficiency, computer and software skills

● English & Arabic Intermediate Level

● Intermediate Skill in Using Microsoft applications including (Word, Excel, Power

Point, Outlook)


● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to operate with minimum supervision in a site execution environment

● Team player and flexible to work after hours
