Banking Experience is must for the candidates. As a Bank Teller, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with efficient and friendly service.
- Handle customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers in opening new accounts, providing information on various banking products and services.
- Process cash withdrawals, check encashment, and fund transfers while adhering to bank procedures and security guidelines.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information on banking products and services.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products to customers and refer them to appropriate departments within the bank.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate complex matters to supervisors if needed.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Prior experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred.
- Strong numerical and cash handling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
