Banking Experience is must for the candidates. As a Bank Teller, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with efficient and friendly service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist customers in opening new accounts, providing information on various banking products and services.
  • Process cash withdrawals, check encashment, and fund transfers while adhering to bank procedures and security guidelines.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information on banking products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products to customers and refer them to appropriate departments within the bank.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate complex matters to supervisors if needed.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Prior experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred.
  • Strong numerical and cash handling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using computers and banking software.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and extended banking hours if required.
